Ingredients Needed:
- 1 cup Canna-Butter (Approx 2sticks) *
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbs Vanilla
- 2 eggs (well beaten)
- 3cups of flour (sifted)
- 1tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 small bag of chocolate chips (or to preference)
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- For peanut butter taste add PB chips
Directions:
Preheat oven 325 degrees. In a Pan mix butter, well beaten eggs, sugars & vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients very well. Lightly chill in refrigerator. Finally mix in desired chock chips, drop onto cookie sheet (no need to grease) bake at 325 in oven for 10-14 min or until light brown. Since you want them chewy you want to take them out before they look done. If you wait until they look like they are done they won't be as chewy.
Enjoy with a big glass of milk.
